Our principal office and collection points in St. James operate during the following hours:Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Saturday: 9:30 AM – 4:00 PM Sundays & Public Holidays: CLOSED (No processing or courier services are available on these days).
There is no membership fee. You only pay for the services you use.
We do not accept: • Firearms or ammunition • Drugs or illegal substances • Flammable or hazardous items • Counterfeit goods (Ask us first if you’re unsure.)
We have flights from the U.S. 3x per week.
Customs fees are only charged on packages valuing $100 USD or higher.
Although our warehouse is closed on weekends, we have a machine that securely collects your packages. Any packages delivered during this time will be processed and prepared for shipment on the next business day.
We offer up to 7 days of free storage from the date your package arrives. Customers are required to collect their packages within 4 weeks (28 days) of arrival at our warehouse. Packages not collected within this period will be considered abandoned. The company reserves the right to sell, dispose of, or otherwise handle abandoned packages in order to recover storage and handling costs. In addition, if a customer deliberately refuses to pay for a package, or fails to respond to multiple contact attempts (via phone, email, or other communication channels) to arrange payment or delivery, the package will also be considered abandoned. In such cases, the customer’s account may be permanently blocked from using our warehouse services. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. No Refunds Policy: Once a package is deemed abandoned and sold or disposed of, no refunds or compensation will be issued to the customer under any circumstances.
